Chair Yoga at Williamsburg Assisted and Independent Living

We are Happy to introduce a new activity here at Williamsburg Assisted and Independent Living.  Chair Yoga! Yoga offers many health benefits and it’s something we can all do.  I look forward to seeing our group of participants grow.

We are very excited to be able to offer class that will benefit our residents and promote independence and exercise options for them.  We truly love each and every one of our residents and want the very best for them.  We will do all that we can to provide all that they need to be healthy and happy.
