Studio Suite apartments start at $1,950 a month
One Bedroom apartments start at $2,700 a month
Two Bedroom apartments start at $3,050 a month

Williamsburg Independently living has contracted with Close Companions a State licensed private duty company to provide resident assistance with showering, medication reminders, personal grooming, companion care and more. Fees range from $350.00-$750.00 a month.

- Second Person Fee $1,000/month
- Personal laundry $75/month
- Covered parking $15/month
- Storage $15/month
- Pet fee $50 / month ***$500 Non-Refundable Deposit***
